After several health related hick-ups (not serious) and many, many, tremendously satisfying days on the Camino, I shortened my plan a bit and returned home a little sooner than expected. Words will fall short in completely expressing and sharing my journey of body and soul, but will plan on a follow up communication with photos now that I am home and can reliably write and attach pictures on my home PC.
In short, the trip evolved into an extremely personal venture for me and that, combined with the mechanical problems of attaching pictures to my Blog site, made me pause in adding blog posts and personal footnotes to the blogging public arena. But in an attempt of closure and follow up for family and friends who regularly checked in and followed the few posts I was able to provide, I would love to share my trip in retrospect. Please shoot me an email at djbeiler@gmail.com or attach a comment to this post letting me know of your interest and I will gladly put you on the mailing list for my trip overview, with personal thoughts and reflections.

Good meal and company. ...... good bye Sarria
Great meal and long conversation with a fellow pilgrem from Denmark who has been averaging 30 to 40 km a day... He started in Sevilla roughly 40 day's ago...but keep in mind he is 53.....

Burgos
Knew it was just a matter of time before a foot issue occurred. Woke this morning with issues on right foot. So I will lay low today and see some sights here in Burgos. The cathedral here rivals anything I have seen in Rome. Heading back there for mass tonight.
